Pak21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the pak21 platform. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all terms set out herein.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pak21 platform — whether through the website or mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the pak21 platform immediately. pak21 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The pak21 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Anyone who has not reached this age is not permitted to register or access any services on the platform. pak21 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the pak21 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. pak21 reserves the right to verify the validity of any information provided at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the pak21 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities When Using the Platform
As a pak21 user, you agree not to use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of these terms. You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation from pak21.
- Attempting to interfere with, damage, or compromise the functionality or security of the platform in any way.
- Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Transferring funds between different user accounts without official platform approval.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without compensation.
Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the pak21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). pak21 accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including online banking and approved e-wallets. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time in accordance with platform policy.
Deposits: Once a deposit has been successfully processed, funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe applicable to the payment method used. pak21 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policy. Withdrawals must be submitted via the same method used for deposits or another supported method as stipulated. pak21 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding specified limits.
Cancelled Transactions: Once a bet or transaction has been confirmed in the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in specific technical circumstances as defined by platform policy. pak21 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
Inactive Account: Accounts showing no activity within a specified period may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the platform's prevailing policy at the time. Users will be notified via their registered contact information.
Liability Limitations and Account Suspension Policy
Pak21 Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of anticipated profits or revenue
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
- Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence
- Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond pak21's reasonable control
Account Suspension and Closure
Pak21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these terms
- Providing false or misleading registration information
- Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
- Use of multiple accounts by the same individual
- Attempts to manipulate the system or exploit technical vulnerabilities
If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining funds in the account may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the pak21 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the property of pak21 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pak21.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The pak21 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for user convenience. pak21 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any content or damages arising from their use. Accessing any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Pak21 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
